I can only watch them fly

As time passes , people change for the better or the worse

we're only human

Thus , like any other creature on earth

what we live for is undecided and therefore a mystery until a certain age

we're only human

we make mistakes

and we improve and work on it as we grow

but sometimes when you're the author of your own life

mistakes that are written in ink can never be washed away

it will only and can be a memory of the past

what we regret doesn't mean a second chance

it only means moving on

no matter the pain and suffering , we move on and we learn from it

and the memories will only be mere things in the past at what we will look back on and smile

Like a bird , if you hold it to tight , it dies

if you don't hold on to it , it flies

so i can only watch as they fly

because its better to have love than to have never have loved at all

and set something free when you know you can never hold and keep it .

soar high into the sky,

and eventually disappear into the night with the stars gleaming above.
